Recipes - Baking - Yoghurt Cake



Ingredients:

1 of 170 ml container flavoured yoghurt
2 yoghurt containers white sugar (340 ml)
3 eggs
3 yoghurt containers (510 ml) self raising flour
2 ml vanilla essence
1 yoghurt container (170 ml) oil


Method:

Combine all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 150 C for 1 ¼ hours.
